Cancellation Policy

You're in control of the buying power you hold. Unused approvals can be canceled in a few taps. PayVibe verifies the reversal with the banking partner and keeps you updated the whole way, so you can free up an approval and seek a different offer with confidence.

Cancel from your dashboard

Each approval you hold is listed separately with its own limit and reference. Tap Cancel buying power and choose the specific approval you want to remove. If only one can be canceled, it's selected for you.

A 24-hour verification hold

Once you confirm, the approval moves to a pending cancellation and appears in your Transactions. It's verified with the banking partner and clears within 24 hours. During this window the funds are held back from your available balance.

Plans you're repaying stay locked

If you've already drawn or started making payments against an approval, it can't be canceled, since a payment plan is in progress. Those approvals show as In use and are greyed out. This protects your active schedule from being removed by mistake.

The bank confirms the reversal

PayVibe routes the cancellation to the banking partner that funded the approval. When they confirm, the approval is marked canceled in Transactions and that portion of your buying power is removed. PayVibe does not lend or underwrite; it orchestrates the request.

How to cancel buying power

  1. 1Open your dashboard and tap Cancel buying power below your available-to-spend amount.
  2. 2Pick the approval you want to remove. Approvals you're already spending or repaying are locked and can't be selected.
  3. 3Confirm. The approval moves to a 24-hour pending cancellation in Transactions while the bank verifies the reversal.
  4. 4Once confirmed, the approval is marked canceled and that amount is removed from your buying power. You're then free to seek a new offer.

This page is maintained by PayVibe to explain how canceling buying power works. It is not legal advice. The verification and reversal of any approval are performed by the banking partner that funded it, under their terms.
