The terms below explain how PayVibe works and how we connect you with the partners who provide financing.
PayVibe is not a lender, bank, or creditor. PayVibe does not make credit decisions or issue financing. Approvals, rates, limits, and repayment terms are set solely by independent banking and lending partners.
1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of PayVibe. PayVibe provides a platform that connects you with independent banking and lending partners and helps you manage your virtual card and repayment plans in one place. By using PayVibe you agree to these terms.
2. What PayVibe does
PayVibe is an orchestration and handoff layer. We securely route your request to the right partner and keep your card and plan in sync. PayVibe does not make credit decisions, underwrite, or issue financing, and we never see your SSN or bank login.
3. Your banking and lending partners
Independent banking and lending partners verify your identity, run any credit check, and decide your approval, APR, limit, and repayment terms. Those partners' own agreements apply to your financing and govern the amounts, schedules, and any billing matters.
4. Money movement and transfers
PayVibe is not a bank and is not a money transmitter. PayVibe does not hold, store, or move customer funds. Any funds you add, send, or receive are held and settled by our licensed banking partner in accounts they maintain. PayVibe only transmits your payment instructions to that partner and keeps your virtual card balance in sync. The banking partner's own agreements and disclosures govern your funds.
5. Merchants, refunds, and disputes
Merchants handle purchases, returns, and refunds under their own policies. Financing disputes are handled by your lending partner under their terms. PayVibe routes the request and keeps your repayment plan in sync.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use your virtual card lawfully, and follow the repayment terms set by the partner whose offer you selected. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of PayVibe after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
